Went to get my boots branded and was taken care of right away! Awesome customer service. Had a bad experience at the location in Charleston and decided to not brand my boots there but so glad I went to the Southdale location!! Cannot recommend these boots enough.

What an awesome addition to the Southdale Mall in Edina! Minnesota has been missing a brand like Tecovas for far too long. Lauren and Brendan were so helpful and knowledgeable, the store is gorgeous and so welcoming. You haven’t lived until you’ve worn a pair of Tecovas cowboy boots!

Great store! Super helpful staff. Very impressed with the boots! Came to the store with my 4 yr old and they set her up with some coloring crayons and paper to help me buy some time shopping! It seems that most shopping experiences I feel like it’s really difficult to get good service, not here, this staff knocked it out of the park.

What a fantastic store and amazing product !! Brendan was super helpful. He took the time to make sure I understood how the boots should feel and fit. Once mine were all set, he helped me order a pair for my Wife as a surprise! The experience was over the top. Truly great to work with him. I can't stop talking about the boots and recommending them to everyone.

This store is amazing! The staff are so welcoming and helpful—Lauren is fantastic. Complimentary water with a koozie, the best western boots money can buy, a great vibe, and boots branded while you wait for a personalized touch without having to wait for an online order.

The customer service at Tecovas was exceptional. I originally went to the store with a friend who was looking to try on and buy a pair of boots, and I was just along for the ride. As soon as we walked in, Brendan greeted us and made the whole experience fantastic. After hearing him explain the different styles, sizing, fit, and materials, I decided to try on a pair myself. It didn't take long before I was convinced I needed a pair too! The one-on-one service was outstanding and made the entire boot-buying experience feel personal and enjoyable. I also loved learning more about the craftsmanship and details behind the boots I was trying on. Brendan was knowledgeable, friendly, and never made the experience feel rushed. I absolutely LOVE my new boots!!

I made a special trip to the Edina, MN Tecovas location yesterday (03/26/26) with the intention of trying on some Tecovas to get an idea of my size and preference within their selection of boots. Upon entering the store, I was instantly greeted by both staff members and offered a beverage while I shopped. To reiterate, my intentions coming in were not to buy a pair of boots that day—only to get a feel for size and personal preference of style, however, the store manager, Lauren, quickly changed my mind on this, and I ended up buying a pair of boots that day that met all of the criteria of what I was looking for in a boot. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable of her brand’s product line. Had it not been for her exemplary customer service, I probably would not have bought a pair that same day. As a store manager for another well known specialty sales retail brand, I am always paying attention to overall in store experience and how I am treated as a guest when I am shopping at other brands. This Tecovas location provides an amazing, personalized in store experience for their guests. The atmosphere is obviously 10/10 (see attached photos) and they offer some pretty neat things that other boot retailers typically do not. As stated previously, you get a complimentary beverage while you shop (with a cool branded beverage koozie that you can take home), and if your buy a pair of boots, they can customize them for no additional charge with special branding. They also offer complimentary shoe shines to customers that come in wearing their Tecovas. Overall, it’s a very personalized, unique in store experience, and I recommend visiting this location, even if you aren’t planning on buying a pair of boots just to experience it for yourself! Thanks again to Lauren for helping me find the perfect pair of boots!
